Here is an almost complete picture of my 58g. It's coming along. Cutting these pictures down to fit te limit is really tough. I spent 45 minutes trying to cut this one down. I wanted to post a picture of the entire tank but couldn't. Anyone have a suggestion of how to cut these down in file size but not content? Thanks.

The tanks looks good! Nice colorful fish choices.:)
I use Photo Shop to resize my pics to fit on the board. Do you have any photo software?

Thanks for the compliments.
reef fool - I have Photo Shop V2. Will it allow me to cut down the size but not the content, maybe by changing pixels or compression?

Yes, DfishH you are correct. It is a torch. I've had it about 3 weeks and it seems to be doing very well. Thanks again for all the compliments.

Dave,
I believe a 58 gal is a standard Oceanic tank.

cut down the resolution that the picture is actually taken at.
You might have that on a high setting. Most digital cameras that are out there now have a VGA setting on it, or 640X480 resolution. That will be a small file size, fit the whole picture, and you *might* not have to cut off very much of the picture.
Also, another method of posting a big pic here is to actually link off to the pic that hosted on a website.
make sense? :)
happy posting!

Thanks again to everyone for the compliments on my tank. Watching my tank and its inhabitants is a favorite pasttime.
DfishH - yes it is an Oceanic 58g. The 55's are 48" in length and I didn't have that much space where it is sitting. The 58 is only 36" in length so it fits perfectly where I have it located. I like it because it is wider and provides more room for LR and corals.
