I use fresh garlic to soak my foods in, I take a clove and chop it, the main reason I use fresh is because, I grow my own garlic, you can pick up garlic to soak the food in from your LFS, I do not remember the name, never used it...... You can pick up vitamins from your LFS, Zoe or Selcon are the two I stick with, you will find these at you LFS as well.
I would add Raw Shrimp to your list, lions need iodine, feed the shrimp with the shell on, along with the other foods you mentioned.

I have a shortfin fuzzy dwarf, and started feeding him krill/shrimp but quickly changed to silversides as recomended by a few aquarium shops around here. After the silversides his colors darked up a lot, and he changes colors much more readily (usually a good sign). I was also recomended to feed them only twice weekly (as opposed to my daily doing), skipped a day and he took down one of my damsels, so be careful with them.
