I see you live here in California as well. As a former Channel Islands NMS research diver I can tell you that if your package is inspected enroute at any point in California, you will be fined thousands of dollars. They are MEGA illegal to take and to hold, and as posted above they are really not worth the effort at all.
The juveniles are pretty in coloration, with flourescent blue and orange, but as I'm sure you have seen the adults look rather like a bright orange goldfish. Add to this the fact that they can grow to well over 8 inches long, and that you would need a significant chiller system to maintain the 58-62 degree water that they live in, make them out of the question as far as im concerned.
Instead of spending the money it would cost to set up a tank to house these fish, spend the 120 dollars it costs to get dive certified in SoCal and go view them at Avalon in Catalina, or head north to Ventura and take a boat to Anacapa, where they are in great abundance.
If you thought your domino damsel was a bully, imagine a fellow 20 times his mass beating up on your fishes.
