Garlic extreme

Hey guys,
I was wondering how you guys and gals were using this product... Do you use it with flake food or frozen? Also does it work as well as everyone says it does on sick and wounded fish??
I bought some green chromis to school in my tank and one of them I noticed has a funny looking something on him, possible parasite...

Garlic is not a cure all, and I wouldn't use it to treat an all out disease process. It has some effectiveness with very mild cases of ick, and it also has a mild antibiotic quality to it.
What exactly is wrong with your the fish?
I'm moving your thread over to the Disease Forum where you will likely get more input.
