Definately NOT!
Garlic is the only acceptable ingredient.
Make it easy on your self, and just use the juice from smashed up garlic cloves.

I have used the McCormixks garlic juice in a bottle for the last year with outstanding results. I mix up food for a week at a time and use 1 capful.

What does the ingredient label say?
In any case, I would not put anything in my fish food besides the garlic...ie: salt, preservatives, vinegar, etc. Real garlic is very good, and a lot cheaper, though not as convenient to use. If you don't want to use garlic cloves, I would look for the garlic hobby product--though this is rather costly--or any other product that just has the juice [not oil].
