Garlic/OrganiCure combo cure?

I have a couple of fish that have WHITE SPOTS! However, it dosen't seem to be serious yet, because they all eat well and act otherwise normal. I think my cleaner wrasse is doing a number on the bugs... Anyway, I have OrganiCure medication, but it is mainly a preventative according to my lfs. I was wondering if adding Garlic and OrganiCure would wipe out the Ick/Velvet/Whatever.
You may have noticed that I have been posting about alot of problems... Must be the beginners luck got confused.

Yes, the garlic will help with an ick problem, but hyposalinity would be the best course of treatment. What type of setup do you have? If it is FO, then you can go ahead and begin hyposalinity safely...but you cannot do this in your tank if you have LR, LS, inverts, reef. You may need to start thinking about a hospital tank setup in that case.
