Garlic Question for Beth

I have a mild case of Ich and started to transfer my fish to a QT, but I'm having a very difficult time catching some of them because of the LR. I was thinking of trying Garlic as a last resort before going to desperate measures to catch them. What do I do to prep the garlic (if anything) and how do I administer it? I have a 150 gallon tank with 150 lbs. live rock, a few anemones, a few simple corals, various shrimp, snails and crabs and the following fish: Yellow Tang, Percula Clown, Royal Gramma, Firefish Goby and a Flame Angel. The Ich is very faded when it is on the fish, with the exception of an occasional spot that stands out.

I would use fresh minced garlic that you cut up yourself. Cut the garlic in the same container that you will add the fish food too to retain the juices. Add food and let it soak in the refridgerator for 1 hr then offer it to the fish. Don't use flaked food. Go for frozen or home made.
Don't count on the garlic working. Garlic is good as a preventative, but not likely to cure an actual out break.
