Garlic Soaked Food

i went to my lfs today. and i was talking with the guy and i told him my cowfish has ick. he told me to buy this garlic gel sorta stuff that he said will help clear it up. i know you guys feed your fish garlic soaked food, but is this what you use? it was 25 bucks for a tube. that's kinda expensive. anybody got any insite on this?

Iv never heard of the gel kind. I would use Kents Garlic Xtreme. Comes in a little eye dropper bottle for about $15. Its pretty concentrated and works well. Its in a liquid form.

A glove of garlic will cost you arount .50 cents. Crush a bit of it and then soak the food in it. Lot more potent as well.
