I have heard a lot of people talking about feeding their fish garlic, or soaking their food in garlic. What does garlic do for the fish, and why is it so good for them? Do you buy special food with garlic in it? Do you mean getting a clove of garlic and soaking it in water with your food? Just wondering about all of this stuff. I am a newbee!!!???

garlic is garlic juices that contain nutrients that build up the immune system of fish
it comes in a little bottle with an eyedropper and you put a drop on frozen food

fresh garlic ground up is much better than bottled extract, but either or will boost immune system. DOES NOT PREVENT ICH, but keeps fish healthier so they are LESS likely to get it.
