If you are doing it for medicinal purposes you're supposed to use fresh garlic from a pressed clove. Otherwise you can use Kent's Garlic Extreme.

fresh garlic works really well, it has cured my coral beauty from ich a few times ( i didnt have time to set up a QT which would have been better)

i only use garlic extreme

well no need to worrie my trigger took care of him(little

killed 5 fish and a baby stingray and somehow he ended up dieing in the end). thats what pisses me off about this hobby, i have been in this hobby for a year and a half and have droped about 5000 in my tanks all together and really have nothing to show my corals are doing awsome but my fish im telling you, the trigger has killed everything i put in but my puffer and i do almost nothing all day but search here and on google and am preaty confident in myself and am preaty sure its nothing that i am doing but somehow they just git killed or die for no aperent reasome, i feed them everyother day all they can eat but no little pigs have to turn to canabolism(sp)
its just frusterating
did any of you have or are haveing this problem... does it ever get better
my family is telling me to just through in the towl
what to do what to do

Don't need to throw in the towel. Just learn (not the hard way) what fish are compatable. There is a chart somewhere. Ahh, here it is. Hope that helps.

its a BIG NO NO to put stingrays and sharks with puffers and triggers
just do more research and you wont have anything die on you
not trying ot be harsh but those are deaths that should have been prevented

dont give up just ask more questions

stingray and trigger yes but the other fish were compatable, they were sweet lips and a large tang, im not sure about the butterfly but it was bigger than the trigger, but i guess i get to start anew
