Garlic

Can you use garlic extract to soak the fish food in all the time to help prevent ick, or do you only give it to the fish when they actually have ick? <img src="graemlins//confused.gif" border="0" alt="[confused]" />

Also can I give the fish garlic and use Zoe, or just one or the other?
