gasping fish

I have a new flame goby in my tank. He is gasping and has been hiding for days. What should I do? hiding

Do you mean he looks like he's yawning? If so, your salinity may be higher than he's used to.

What else is in your tank? Is anything harassing it? How did you acclimate the fish when you put it in? What are your water parameters?
