1. What is the ideal temperature for a reef?
Is 82 to high?
2. Can anemones and corals live together?

82 is a little high but not ridiculous... 79 would be better...Yes, corals and anemones can live together just fine as long as the tentacles don't touch one another.

82 is normal for a reef tank. FO tanks should be cooler, but reef tanks should be warmer. I start stressing after it tops 84. but a reef can survive temps up to 86 for SHORT ammounts of time, you just dont want it to stay that high for an extended ammount of time.
Tomato Clown, 74 is too cold for a reef tank.
