Has anyone else heard about Lindsay Lohan's latest attempt to remain (or at least appear as though she is) relevant? She is suing eTrade for $100 million because she thinks that their Super Bowl commercial with the Milkaholic was modeled after her....simply because the baby's name was Lindsay.

The comments made by her attorney are possibly the dumbest and most ridiculous that I have ever laid eyes on. ""If you look at the commercial as a whole, it's Lindsay Lohan." She also said that not using her last name was no issue, "Do you know the name Oprah? Do you know the name Madonna? Same thing." REALLY?????????????
I have students named Lindsay....should I tell their parents that the HAVE to change their names so that they can avoid the wrath of a $100 million lawsuit???

Honestly, when watching that commercial, did ANYONE find themselves thinking, that baby was supposed to be Lindsay Lohan? I laughed at the commercial when it first aired, and I still snicker when I see it because it is funny, but NEVER did I think that it was Lindsay Lohan?!?!?!

Now if E-Trade would've had this baby doing lines of coke, or had the baby holding a bottle of Jack when she popped on the screen, I'd understand Lohan's position.

Actually.... I did think of Lindsay Lohan when I saw that commercial. lol

OK, I watched it like 4 times TRYING to make a connection... well, that and cause they are so darned cute.
Nope Lohan never crossed my mind.
