You would be fine with a dwarf and imo a volitan would be fine for a long time then when he gets to big you could just trade him or at that time upgrade your tank

A volitan will grow out of a 55 in less than a year

I have a fuzzy and a fu manchu in my 60g, and they get along great. You'll be happy with the fuzzy, they have a ton of personality...I'd take another one just like the one I have any day.

Sounds good Joey! I'd recommend a Valentini or Hawaiian Blue Spot. If I were you, I'd do the Hawaiian Blue Spot, but that's just me.

Apparantly Im the only one who is going to point this out, but your ocellaris clowns will get eaten by the lionfish! It is not smart to house small fish like this in a tank with lions, as they can and do swallow their prey whole.

im gettin the lionfish small and the clowns big.
i havent had a problem b4 with clowns and lions, but yeah i know where ur coming from.
if lions see it move they eat it lol

Well thats all fine and dandy short term, but both lions you listed can get up to 7", and with the ocellaris clowns only reaching around 3.5", the lions will eventually see them as food. I'm sure you've seen how wide a lionfish can open his mouth, so that will pose a future problem if you don't plan on getting rid of the clowns.
