Getting a tank drilled

I'm in Northern California and I've seen people on this board say that they get their tanks drilled for like 10 dollars a hole. I have only found two people in town that will drill the holes, and they only do it in whole sizes like 1 in and 2 in. Plus they charge 35-45 dollars a hole. Anyone in Northern California know where to get some holes drilled??

Easy solution, drill the holes yourself! It's super easy. You can buy a diamond hole saw on Dbay for 5 or 6 bucks. Do a search for my posts and you'll see how I did it. I've drilled many holes in 3/16" to 1/2" without a hickup.

Go to a glass shop, or Tap Plastics.

Alot of glass places won't touch that type of job, and the liability as well....Again as mentioned drill it yourself.....Even with the diamond holesaw bits on ---- or even easier you can get yourself a dremel from Lowes or HD and some bits from Harbor Freight and get busy.....It's super easy and as long as your patient it'll work....There are tons of threads on here where people have done just that and will show you what you need to do
