getting even more concerned

First time reefer here, have 72 bow set-up, 4" LS, 130 lbs LR. One plusing xenia, one green open brain, one mushroom.
I changed sump out (old rubbermaid) and upgraded to a Tidepool 2 system. The circulation pump was off for less than one hour while the change was made.
My brain and shroom look great, the three fish look happy as can be, but my xenia, along with two remaining aptasia ahev shrunked and shriveled. I posted about this when it happened, but the situation is getting any better.
My levels are still fine:
ammo - 0
trite- 0
trate- 0
phosphate- 0
ph 8.0
temp 78-79
calcium 400
Before I changed my sump, my Xenia was flourishing, expanding rapidly to new rock. Now it looks so sickly, like it is slowly dieing.
Is there any hope of recovery?
I will try to post a picture later today when I get home, but I'm not sure how to post pics.

Xenia is very tough, it can recover from alot of trauma. It is also one of the first corals to show unhappiness. Now I have't seen your tank, so I can't say for sure, but if everything else is doing well, I wouldn't be too worried about the xenia.
I have a tank overrun with xenia, and in my experience the only time it gets past the piont of no return, is when it truns yellow and mushy, usually from getting stung.
And get rid of those aptaisias!!!!

Thanks for the reply. My little peppermint shrimp are still working on the last two aptasias, they *were quite good sized.
What's the best way to help out my little shrimp and get rid of those last two aptasias?
My xenia isn't yellow and mushy, but it looks brown and shriveled. The "stalks" are droopy, I just hope it recovers, I liked the color and it was fun to watch it pulse.
