Getting New Fish

Just found out i will be getting new fish.
2-Blue Hippo Tangs-4/5in
4-Green Chromis-2/3in
And Hermit Crabs and Turbo/Astrea Snails
Some one is moveing and can not move the fish.
The questions is do i need to qa fish from a old runing tank?(not a lfs)
What about adding this amount of fish at one time?
Fish going in to 75gal fowlr for now.(do not need fish size Police)
But 125gal fowlr soon week or two.

You absolutely need to quarantine them. Old tanks are sometimes worse than LFS tanks. Is the 75 your display tank? Do you have a qt big enough for these fish? What all is in your 75?

may try to qa in 55gal but have a 30 now to qa.
if i qa the 75 gal will not come in to play.
after qa will go in 125.
Tell me more about why i need to qa if the old tank good and fish are all good ???

Unless you are certain the former aquarist practiced proper QT procedures you will need to do so.
The 125 will not be able to house both of those Tangs either, unfortunately.

Please tell me that you are not keeping them in that tank filled with that much rock! Is that the 75? I thought there were 4 chromis and two hippos. Please explain these pics.

Hi, Why don't you get something bigger than a 125 as it will soon be too small. A 180 is not really much more expensive and it is really expensive to get the 125 and decide to get a bigger tank in a year as you would have purchased 2 tanks.

This is A QA tank only lr is to help them hide and it is full now.
The water lvl was the water i got with them.
yes will be going in a 125 fowlr.

Thanks did look,but got the 125 for $300 light/filters/tank/tops/and stand.
I will prob go up some day buy this will work for now.
