GGGRRRR my maroon clown!

My maroon clown keeps moving his tale in the sand real fast and blowing sand all over my favites coral.... Whats up with him?

Typical psycho issues. :notsure: No just kidding, this is very normal. I came home last night and my tank was very cloudy. My Maroon was the issue.

lol ya my female perc was doing the same thing... not sure why tho... maybe they went poop and were trying to wipe? lol

Our Maroon Clowns have completely removed the sand from underneath their LTA. They really get mad when you look into the tank and will kick sand at the glass.

Normal Maroon behavior.

Maybe they are shy and don't want you looking at them "unclothed"...

Mine did this too. But then his anemone walked up toward the top half of the tank and the clown never does it any more. Maybe if you can figure out a way to get him to hang out away from the sand he'll stop.
