So I cleaned my tank. Nitrates now test 10-20ppm.
So some of the green hair algae is turning brown. Is this a normal part of the life cycle? Is it simply being covered by diatoms? Or am I winning the battle? I'm unsure if diatoms could coat GHA?
If you guys know any good articles about GHA I'll have a read
Haha with my OCD I couldn't help it, I got a tooth brush and scrubbed the browning and green GHA off the rocks. I was surprised it came off very easily.
