there are places that can get them, but you have to call to get them. Tell them you want one and they will order it. They are usually out of stock because they never sell them and have to sit on them forever and lose money.

Everyone is usually out of stock on these guys. My LFS almost always has them in stock for some reason....

Yea i know, but read what i said above... they will order them if there is a demand, otherwise they are out of stock everywhere cause they lose money on housing them forever. They are decently easy to aquire, it just takes the extra step of calling and telling them you want one special ordered.

Most online dealers don't do special orders. They will wait-list you and e-mail when in stock.
