Just got this guy home today from JAX Beach. Right now he's in his own 125 gal tank, I want to put him in my F.O. 240 but He's a beast. A customer had this puffer and it killed everything in her tank according to the fish store. He's 12 inches and not very nice, but very interesting, I'm just worried he'll eat my tangs. I could not resist a foot long stars and stripes puffer that is this COOL!

That is a great looking puffer! If she returned it due to it killling everything I would be very cautious about putting him on with anything

nice puffer
they are cool when they get big, I know a guy who has a 12"-14", eats clams in the shell, just crunches them up. One heck of a bioload too

No, Got him from AquaZoo on beach blvd. Where is Bio Reef, I go down to jaz beach every once in a while and always end up fish shopping. Does bio reef carry large fish?

I think it boils down to what you have in your tank. I have a 7 in dog face and he doesn't bother anyone, but he is in with a lunar wrasse (the devil) a tomato clown that stays on the other side of the tank, a sail fin that is about the same size and a damsel that stays on the other side of the tank.
