Giesemann T5 bulbs...

i am about do to replace my T5 bulbs in my Aquatinics. i have never used Giesemann bulbs so i`m looking for some suggestion on what combination i need for my 5 bulb setup...

i`m wanting the bluer look but something that is still good for corals

When it was time to change the bulbs I decided to try something new, but I liked that combo too. Now I'm running:
UVL 75/25
ATI Blue Plus
UVL Aquasun
ATI Actinic 03
ATI Aquablue Special
That all Geisemann combo was probably in the 12-14k range, and the one I just posted is pretty similar.

I would agree with you. I have used all these bulbs. I am using 6 bulbs so I have one more blue +

justin, when you ran the three Geisemann Aquablues and two Geiesemann pure actinics how blue did your tank look or do you happen to have a pic ?

I think I took this pic right after I bought my TX5. The colors should be pretty close to accurate.
I like more of a blue look personally and this wasn't too blue but not too yellow, somewhere in the middle. It was a bit brighter in person though...
