If your fish are getting ick then you water parameters are out of whack and is stressing your fish.
Before anyone can help you,Try posting your current readings.

For the experts to help you, they will need the following info.
Tank size, Lights, Water readings, Number of fish, type of fish, How often you change water, what kind of water do you use, what you feed your fish, and substrate.
With this info they may be able to help you better.

Nine months, and yet you've ignored the threads talking about how important a QT is? Now you know first hand why it's important. No one really thinks it's important until something like this happens. I can say this with conviction because I didn't have a QT either with my freshwater tank, UNTIL ich made it to my tank and it took months to get it out of my tank. Now that I'm starting saltwater, a QT is a MUST, especially with how much money I'm putting into this. QT for at least three weeks before adding a new fish, that way if it comes down with ich or any other disease you can treat it right away and not infect the rest of your tank, and if the fish does die while in QT, it's easy to dispose of without it rotting in your DT. I'm so sorry for what's happened, but imo I would start over, with a QT and you'll probably find that it will go much easier this time around.

you do also you realize its not good to medicate your DT. and its not good for the fish that do not have the ich.

I wouldn't go that far, you just need to make a few adjustments and you will be fine. Take a deep breath, and people on here will walk you through it. First thing I would do while you are getting the rest of your info together, is put together a QT. Go to Walmart and get the cheap 10 gallon set up. The tank needs to be bare with pvc pipe to hide in, no substrate or lr. Read this and it will tell you more: https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/127007/faqs-fish-diseases-treatments-quarantine-health-info

Calm down, take a breath and hang on. Thats what i think before I get on a rollercoaster.
The best thing to do is go to the store and get a Q.T tank as sugested. Treat the fish in there. Copper will give you the quickest (I believe) results to remove the parasite. You can do a hyposalinty but you'll need to get a refrctometer also to do that with, and thats an extra cost at this point. As well as you may not be able to get one in you're area. IMO you're best bet is probably to treat with copper. Get some tomarrow, DO NOT wait. And follow the directions EXACTLY! You will need to leave you're DT fishless for 6 weeks, this will eliminate it from the tank. Do not add the fish back into the DT for 6 weeks.! Good luck.
P.S. Dont give up, NEVER give up! You're OK just hang in there.

Really? I've never read or heard this before. I thought the copper or hypo killed all parasites? I'm not arguing, just want to learn.

okokok ill try to post a pic of my tank for now me and my dad are talking about getting one. (he is very tight on aquariums) "its an all day task" he says. and so the other problem is, is that whe're leaving on a vacation in like 6 days, for a week so we need to hurry up and get one.
