glass or acrylic?

I was just wondering if i should get a glass or acrylic tank. Is there really a huge difference? I know there is in price, cause at my lfs I can get a 46 bow front with wood stand for like 200 but the acrylic is like twice that....so i dont really know what to do, any suggestions would be great, thanks, peace.:help:

acrylics look nicer...dont leak as easily and are lighter....but they also scratch easily.
i would go with the glass.

yes it is all on personal reference...
i personally like the way glass looks better...but you just have to be real careful when adding live rock..make sure you dont hit the glass with it..the last thing you want is the tank to crack..its nasty

I wouldn't go acrylic unless I was going to a tank over 200 gallons. The money and weight savings become the deciding factor at that point.
