Glueing Under Water?

Sure you can ... but I recommend a wet suit.

Yeah you can. As soon as the glue hits the water it will gel up and you can control it.

i have a small bucket i use for this. put a little tank water in the bucket. attach the flag to the rock and put it in the bucket. Ive had some glue leave a film on the water and wouldnt want that in my display tank

hey you should use the super glue gel it works best
