What is the best way to secure a frag disk to LR? I use super glue gel to put the frag on the disk. Can you use it to secure the disk to the LR underwater? I am using epoxy at the moment and don't like it very much.
Thanks,
Otter
i dont know if you can dab the glue on the back of the disk and then stick it.
i would think that the glue would come of the disk as soon as it hits the water.
Sort of, but, the problem I run across is the crud on the lr keeps it from bonding to the rock. It is kind of hit or miss, I've had a couple work but most don't.

That's what I am using currently. Some of the pics I have seen of reefs don't use epoxy, or at least it doesn't look like it.
I figured it out yesterday use both put some soperglue on the plug then put some epoxy on the plug more superglue and then press it down on the live rock the epoxy gets rid of the dead space and smooshes the superglue into the rock holds like it was meant to be there
