I read in a thread that I need to go to the GO ADVANCED button when trying to post a pic can some one please send me a road map in finding this elusive button

Just click the post reply button, then scroll down, and you'll see a "manage attachments" button

i have been doing that also have my pic down to 100X100 and i up load it up it does not show up on my post i thought i was doning somthing wrong by not going to the advanced button like i read in a post on pics
