So I buy a Racoon Buterfly today and he wont eat anything. I give him live black worms, live brine shrimp, frozen brine shrimp, marine flakes, marine granuals all of which he showed no interest. Even when the foods floated right in front of his face, he ignored it. I did see him searching all the live rock looking for food though. So don't I see him later picking food out of a custom strainer I built out of a piece of 3/4" PVC pipe. I have a homeless fish picking food out of the garbage. 
(I cut slits in the pipe every 1/2" and then inserted it into my bulkhead. I also put a 90 at the other end of the pipe.)
