oh man oh man this is hard... does anyone have any advice on how to catch these fish? please do not say remove all rocks because i really dont think i can do that.

Your best bet is during feeding time when they come out. You will have to be a little sneaky. Try laying the net at an angle in the tank so it will be under them when they come out then scooping them up.
