The main thing is top-off and it might be good to set your lights to 1/2 photoperiod (not including refugium). Also an audible temp alert would be good. If you can trust them to not overfeed then all is well in that department, but if you have any doubts you may want to get some small baggies and portion out the foods and write the days on them to be fed. 2 weeks is a good amount of time for ph fluctuations, but if food is 1/2 rationed, top-off water is secured, photoperiod reduced as well as temp paid attention to then everything should be fine.
Make sure you leave a # of an experianced reefer you can rely on with those that will be taking care of your tank incase something goes wrong, someone that will be able to talk them through.
