Going to the seafood market, need your opinion!

Ok, either today or tommorow i'm heading for the sea food market and getting some food for my fish. What should i get there? Whats better squid or octopus? Thanks!

i use a combo of stuff. I have squid, shrimp, clams, white fish, and i think oysters. What i do with mine is use a cheese grater that way there are some bigger peices in there. My fish go nuts when i feed it. i think you can get it for like $4.00 a lb

not really to sure on that try to get a little of both if you can that way you get the best of both worlds.
