Goldfish doing barrel rolls

Hi, my comet goldfish is about 3-4 years old and today I noticed as he was swimming up to get his food he has been floating on his side, struggling to swim down and doing barrel rolls. I haven’t noticed any swelling or pinecone scales, any ideas?

first off you realize this is a salt water forum rt? Lol
Look up bloat. Its fairly common in gold fish
