Good Blubs For 60 gal and for Frogspawn

can some one help? i need any kind of Blubs but not hanging lighting just hood lighting like placing on hood and stuff here a picture

Well, you need a better fixture. And you can't go wrong with MH, and there are some cheaper luminaries avail.
Or you can go with 4x t5s. If you're even slightly handy with electrical you can put together a DIY unit extremely cheaply.
Some also say LED DIY are cost effective (I've no experience DIY there tho)

The hood you have now will only accomodate standard-output flourescent bulbs, and there aren't any standard-output flourescent bulbs that will sustain a frogspawn.
I'd look into a T5ho fixture. TEK is a decent brand for the money.

T5 fixtures don't have a specific "look." Just google some different brands like ATI, Aquactinics, TEK, Current Nova, and you'll find them.
