None! Seriously, I'm not even being funny. Don't cycle with a damsel. You'll have a hell of a time getting them out. They're aggressive and more often than not, you'll need to get rid of them because they'll beat up anything you try to add to the tank after them. Ask Meowzer about her damsels, after you hear her horror story, you'll stay far away from them. There's better ways to get beneficial bacteria into your tank. Read through the sticky section (I'd write more, but I'm running late for work.)

blue green cromis aren't aggressive.
but still dont cycle with them, its really sad.. the cycling proses will burn their little gills which cause them stress.

this site is chock full of saltwater fish for dirt cheap..they are practically giving stuff away for free. www.petesfishplace.com i had to share this one. i had the guy come out to my location and maintain a 200 gal tank i had running for a while now..he got the job done in no time he even gave me a free clown fish for booking a second apointment with him to clean/maintain the tank for me.

there not cheap... my LFS sells clownfish for 10 bucks. and everything else is about 5+ bucks cheaper at my LFS.
