Check your local paper, used equip can be had pretty cheap sometimes.

Hawkeye it is way too high. Around here my guy just ran a special on a 65 Oceanic, stand, light (single) and glass top for under 300 (I think is was 269 or 289). Every month Oceanic has a special deal that the wholesalers pick up on and offer the lfs. 520 is robbery without the use of the gun. My All Glass 65 set-up was only about 250 and that was a couple years ago so prices haven't gone up that much. Frankly I would tell the guy he is way too high, let him know you know. My guy sold 6 in the month he ran his special May or June (and I was real tempted but I kept myself in check for a change).
