Does this sound like a good deal or am I paying to much?
Male blonde naso 1ft long for $110.00
Pacific Ocean Sailfin Tang 1ft long for $80.00

Large healthy show tangs are normally priced high. IMO those are good prices if the fish are healthy. Most people that can buy large show tangs must have large bucks. $$$ Because they need large systems.

Dogstar, Would you consider these show fish?
I was told these fish will work just fine in a 215. They are very healthy and they fed them before I bought them.

Show Fish= Large. You normally don't see them that big to begin with, and then it cost you a boat load to buy them. $$ Looks good from where I'm sittin.

Thanks for the explination. I am still new and these are the first and last large fish to be added. Will they be ok in this size tank or do I need to return? I am not into adding the wrong fish for the tank size.

They would be happier in a larger tank but I think they will be OK if your not going to add any more large fish and did not over stuff the tank with too much rock and left them some room. Those are two of some of the most active tangs but should get along fine. Crank up the current for them......

Dogstar,
Thanks for the info. I decieded to pull the Pacific blue sailfin and send him back. I prefer the naso and have quite a bit of LR. They may be a little cramped.
I am running a dart sequence pump with 3ft head pressure which = about 3000 gph. Is this sufficient for the naso? :notsure:
Thanks for your help.

Should be, main thought is that theres high oxygen concentrations in the water from suface aggitation or skimming or overflows to expose water to air and to provide exercise for the fish. As long as there are some areas in the rock that it can get into and peacefully sleep at night.

I have a lot of top aggitation and plenty of room in the rocks for them to sleep...
Cool thanks for the info. I just want to make these guys feel at home as best as possible.
