Good enough light for a 29G tank?

Jebo PC with 1 55 watt 10,000 K and 1 55 watt antic (sp) blue.
Good enough for corals and a condy anemone?

Most LPS and almost every Soft coral will fare fine. I wouldn't recommend SPS with the lower amount of light. Also, a condy anemone will do just fine.
