Good ICH meds?

I am battling the dreaded ICH monster. I finally am going to break down and set up a HT. I will continue to treat my display tank with KICK ICH but was wondering what was the best medicine to use in the HT for ich? I have RID ICH also. Is this any good or should I use copper? Don't want to do hypo? Also should I only put the fish in HT that are showing symptoms or should all fish be removed and placed in HT even if no symptoms are presenting themselves?
