okay i just did a water test
when i tested five days ago my readings were:
ammonia: .25
nitrate: 20
nitrite: .25
tonight my readings were:
ammonia: .25
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 15

Better but Ammonia is NEVER good in any way!!!!!! Get that down, but as I think about this..... some tests only go down to .25 and that is the lowest it reads....... do you know if that is the lowest on your test?

you can get it down with water changes but I think if you're still cycling you should leave it alone

with my bio load will it ever come down? eventually i want all my readings to read 0 correct?

let it do it on its own, cause you have never done the full cycle yet.... so just let it do it by its self..... If you do a water change too soon you can prolong the cycle effects...... let is fully level out prior to ANY water change!

ammo- chips are known for removing ammonia, but i am not too sure how well they work for saltwater.. anyone know if it works the same?
