Good or bad crabs?

I grabbed my trusty flashlight and checked out my tank on its first night and i found 2 crabs and what i think is a duster. Are these crabs ok or should i get them out? Its my first full day of cycling and the live rock was partially cured by the local shop. Luckily i have only found 2 bristle worms so far (one in the bag the rock was in and the other was swimming around in the tank). The one in the bag was pretty small but the one swimming was VERY tiny.
1. Feather Duster? He shoots back into the hole when the lights come on but is out occasionally during the day.

2. Fingernail sized crab that is brownish tan and has red eyes

3. Crab is about the size of a half dollar and long legs. He is either dark brown or black with white spots. He seems to be picking at the rock and his pincers seem very sharp.

First pic is a feather duster. The two crabs I would try to remove, especially if they have sharp claws.

Start hand feeding it. Offer a little bit everyday until he takes it. I use a bamboo stick. Eventually he was wander out to far to get the food to where you can nab him.

when I was trying to remove an unwanted crab... I fed him on a stick for one day then just put the stick in with no food and it grabbed onto the stick and wouldn't let go, I got a small cup under him, and he popped right off and into the cup

Thanks for the help. Ill try using the stick method today. Is anybody able to identify the little brown crab in the second picture? His pincers look rounded and doesnt seem to bother much but just curious if anyone knows what kind he is.
