Good or Bad worm looking thing

I recently noticed some small pink worms, mostly hiding under rocks and shells that I move around while scraping or re-arranging my tank. I have seen the small white copepod, are these similar?
I hope they are okay, my stars and stripes puffer eats them as I uncover them. We have an established tank, and haven't added any new rock. They are very small, maybe about 1/4 inch.

They are very small though. I have seen bristleworms in other tanks, and these are very small. Are they harmful to my puffer?
