Not sure about the medusa worm, but as for the spiny oyster if the 2 rics are bright, colorful, healthy, and big you got a good deal.

how big is the medusa?? I found some for only 29$ and the oyster.. its not too bad, that is bc of the rics.. alone.. maybe medium high range
