good skimmer for a 10 gal

I need to buy a protien skimmer for a 10 gallon tank but I'm not sure what to go with. I really don't want one that goes in the tank. I was thinking about a sea clone but I hear that they're total garbage. What makes them so bad? Would a sea clone work ok an a small 10 gal or does anyone have any suggestions on perhaps a better skimmer for a 10 gal? Thanks

for a tank that size, you really dont have to have one, but if you do want one, there are several nano skimmer now. Check in the nano section, and talk to some of the people keeping nano tanks.

I had a nano skimmer before but I hated it. If you don't think I need one than maybe I'll just upgrade the filter than. The one I have on it now is really small.

I run my 37 gal reef with no skimmer, and never have any problems, though I would like one of the new aquar remora nanos they have out now.

yeah the new nano remoras look pretty good, though I don't know anyone that has one yet to ask them.
