IMO you need to delete the Koran Angel, Korans are very large angels, they do not do well in small tanks, besides that they absolutly not reefsafe...A good dwarf would be a good sub, there are so many to choose from, I would start with Flame or Coral Beauty (dwarfs are reefsafe)...I am no expert on the small wrasses, but don't think you can do 3 six lines together....Anyone?

You may very well have problems with the wrasses, and I wouldn't personally keep two mandarins in that size tank. I personally would not suggest two anemones, nor anemones in a coral tank (my personal opinion, but a real risk, IMO). A "little bit of everything" is also dangerous with corals and I would suggest more specific research into what you are trying to do.
Cleaner shrimp, IMO, are not part of a clean up crew.
