I was thinking that I might want to get the stuff for my tank and the equipment itself at *****. Do you think thats a good idea or should I get it here.

I would say dont go ***** go online you will be able to get better products and much much cheaper even if you dont buy at this site there are others out there and all will save you money guaranteed.ALos ***** employees will most likely sell you some thing wrong, read the ***** thread on the things htey have said and done.

It depends very much on your ***** and the relationship you have with the person there. Many people do not have a good local ***** and I would not recommend it. In general, I would find a SPECIALIST store to get advice on fish, etc...though always feel free to ask here as we are not trying to sell you something.
