Well to be honest there hasn't been much to draw a crowd in a while . What with the selection of cookie cutter bar and grill type resturants . The food was average at best and they service has been lacking the last few trip I have made . Farewell Bennys.

Well, Chili's did start as a family owned restarant... They actually just closed their first, here in houston.
However I agree, I really like finding good mom and pop restarants. There is this mom and pop oyster bar that I frequent regularly, and a breakfast place. but I can't think of a single mom and pop place for dinner anywear near my house. That isn't a nasty truck stop.
