gorgogian help

Abig rock fell on a couple of my gorgogians and I saw that in a few spot they were not flowering. So I cut them back to good spots, will the ends grow back and will the pieces that I cut off and cleand up grow back? I did this all under the water. They are a red and a purple.

If you give them proper care and have good water quality with good water movement they should. I just cut mine with a regular old pair of scisors.

I agree make sure they are in med flow and keep them from touching anything.. if a piece touches your LR it could eaisily get necrosis. If you see any happening cut off the piece past the infected area. Other wise you can frag gorgonians just like that. Cut em and put them where ever you want.
