can anyone give me a good site where i can read about red sea fans and purple ribbon gorgonians and how to care for them

I have been told by 3 or 4 different people that sea fans are impossible to keep. But if I were you I would try to keep one anyway. Thats the only way to make sure that you can or can not keep it.
And look on the bright side dead fans are COOL decorations in your take even if they die.

Remember, virtually all corals are exported from the wild! It is not an infinately sustainable suply. In the U.K ALL hard coral species have been banned from being imported due to this.
