heard of an Australian Brittle Staghorn? I am awaiting it's arrival. I saw a pic of it and it looks like a really smooth, skinny birdsnest only with more "density" to it. As in it's filled in a lot more. I got a purple one with blue tips and neon gren polyps. It seems that most of the polyps are around the base for some odd reason. I was looking at a blue tortousa but passed on that one. Then I got another FAT purple stag with brown polyps. I just dont know how hard these are to keep? Anyone? I have a TON of SPS corals.
One I couldnt figure out what it was. It was a yellow blob with green polyps spreading across my LR perfectly flat, then one day it decided to start sprouting upwards. Turned out to be a rather large staghorn.
